Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Medical University of Pharmacy-Bulgaria. Khaled has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in big pharmaceutical companies where he held many leadership positions in Middle East, North Africa and Eastern Europe. His strong and comprehensive experience qualified him to lead Dar Aldawa as Chief Executive Officer since 2January 2022.
Shadi Saqfelhait
CFO
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan in 1998. He also holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Arab Academy for Management, Banking, and Financial Sciences in Jordan in 2005. He has over 23 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in finance, business, and management. He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Dar Aldawa in June 2019.
Mohammed Alsous
COO
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. He holds a Master’s degree in Executive MBA from the University of Hull in England in 2018. He has over 32 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in quality, production, and corporate management. He was appointed as Chief Operations Officer at Dar Aldawa in December 2021.
Ismail M. Khalifeh Ph.D.

Holds a PhD in Industrial & Physical Pharmacy from Purdue University since 2000, as well as a B.Sc. in Pharmacy which he obtained from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 1993.
Ismail, Chief Scientific Officer since 2021, has held many other positions during his 22 years of experience in Dar Aldawa. Ismail’s experience extends beyond R&D to include Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Applied Science University in 2000. He has over 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical industries. He was appointed as General Manager of Dar Aldawa Algeria in October 2022.

Marketing Director
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Applied Science University in Jordan and a Master’s degree in Medical Sciences from the University of Nottingham in the UK. He has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing across the MENA region. He was appointed as Marketing Director at Dar Aldawa in May 2022.
Ahmed Abu-Karaki
Corporate Deputy Director of Human Resources
Ahmad holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Information Systems, Business Administration, and Human Resources from several Jordanian universities. He has 16 years of experience in the fields of Information Systems, Human Resources Consultation, and Human Resources Management. Prior to assuming his current role, Ahmad held several senior positions in Dar Aldawa. Currently, he leads the Human Resources function at Dar Aldawa. He joined Dar Aldawa in 2006
Manar A Alas’ad
R&D Director
Holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Technology from King’s College London, awarded in 2010, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Jordan University of Science and Technology, received in 2006. She has over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on pharmaceutical research and development, product development life cycle of different dosage forms, technology transfer, and regulatory life cycle of drug products during development, after commercialization, and export registration. She was appointed as R&D Director at Dar Aldawa in January 2023.
Samer Nabil Katkhuda
Quality Director
Holds a B.Sc. degree in Microbiology from Alexandria University in Egypt, earned in 1993. He has also completed several training courses in Quality, Operations, and Management. With over 28 years of experience in Quality Assurance across different pharmaceutical and medical devices manufacturing companies, he currently leads the Quality operations at Dar Aldawa in Jordan and serves as an active member of several committees.
Lara Nasrallah
Business Development & Licensing Director
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering (B.Eng.) from Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal in Canada and has 20 years of international experience in different commercial, technical, and operational fields of the pharmaceutical industry. Lara started her career in Canada, where she held multiple roles in different generic and multinational pharmaceutical companies before joining Dar Aldawa in 2008.
